We offer a variety of edible and medicinal mushrooms such as oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, maitake, wine cap, and reishi. Additionally, we produce an assortment of medicinal herbs including arnica, blue vervain, catnip, calendula, hemp, and holy basil.

Our mission is to promote community food security by providing affordable, medicinal, and nutritious food to people of all income levels.

Our vision is to contribute to the local food economy and retain resources within our bioregion. We strive to incorporate innovative materials such as hemp, kudzu, coffee grounds, and spent grains into substrate mixtures to reduce waste and close production loops.
